Dr. Peter Cahoon

Peter Cahoon, research associate at MAGIC, investigates a range of scientific visualization problems, in particular shared 3D workspaces over ATM networks for teleradiology and segmentation and reconstruction of the ventricular system of the brain. Dr. Cahoon relies on Silicon Graphics® collaborative tools to work with doctors at the British Columbia Children's Hospital and the University of California San Francisco Medical Center to develop ways to make real-time collaborative diagnostics possible.
